Life is Good

Oh. My. Gosh. I just cleaned out our closet where I keep my shoes. For someone who doesn't shop and could care less about shoes.....I have over 30 pair. What?! Actually, I had 30 pair of shoes in that closet, not to mention the shoes that I have in my car and at work. That just blows my mind.

Most of them are golf shoes, but too bad I only wear about 5 pair on a regular basis. Oh well. Anybody have any good ideas for shoe organization? Right now, they are all just laying on the closest for stacked on top of one another.

Another thing that baffled me....the number of hats we have.

This isn't even all of them. We have over 50 hats I'm sure. How many of those do we actually wear, you ask? I have 3 hats that I wear on a regular basis and Jimmy about the same. So, I ask myself, why do we need 40 additional hats? I have no answer for that, but I'm not throwing away a perfectly good hat and I think it's kind of gross to give hats away after being worn. There you have it. You could quite possibly see me on a special episode of Hoarders one of these days, but it will only be my closets and it will only consist of shoes and hats.

Other than realizing that I have a shoe and hat obsession, I worked today. I didn't get home until almost 6 after working a 12 hour day. Exhausted. Jimmy threw some burgers on the grill and we have just relaxed. I have the day off tomorrow, however I'm going in to teach my usual Friday Ladies Clinic that I've been doing for the last 6 years. I have fun with it and I will probably try to hit some balls and practice a little bit. Have to keep the game up, ya know. Don't want the members to start beating me at golf.

I'm going to end this post with a short photo session. It makes me laugh, but while I was writing this, Jimmy and Tux came in and started goofing off.
